PFM Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
PFM Solutions is a specialist public finance and development advisory firm working across national, subnational and frontline service-delivery systems. We combine fiscal analysis, public financial management reform, health financing, institutional strengthening and data-driven solutions to connect policy and budgets with implementation, institutional capability and results for citizens.
Established 2016, with a head office in Islamabad, Pakistan and a regional office in Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

Hammad Yunus
Director
Hammad is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and public financial management specialist with more than 20 years of experience across government, development institutions and international advisory work. His experience spans PFM reform, fiscal and expenditure analysis, health financing, fiduciary systems, public investment, intergovernmental finance and financial-management systems. He has worked at federal, provincial, local and frontline service-delivery levels and completed executive education in public financial management at Harvard Kennedy School.
Amber Hammad
Director
Amber brings experience in assignment management, company operations, project budgeting, regulatory compliance and stakeholder coordination. She supports the firm's delivery model by coordinating specialist teams, assignments and corporate operations, and holds an honours degree in Banking and Finance from the University of London.
The firm’s experience includes assignments and programmes involving the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, FCDO/DFID, European Union, UNDP, GIZ, ACCA and government institutions, including work undertaken directly and through consulting partners.
